Camarilla Edition final version
Mar 4, 2013 Full Version 24 commentsFellow kindred, I have released the final version of Camarilla Edition. It is based on Wesps plus patch in the version 8.5, and includes the library...
VTMB: Camarilla Edition is an Expansion Overhaul that completely changes the game mechanics and how we approach the game of Bloodlines. After playing through Bloodlines over 10 times the replay value has decreased, and we started thinking of ways to improve the game to make it much more realistic. I have long since been a fan of Bethesda's Open Ended Sandbox games so that is the feel I wanted to bring to Bloodlines. One of the biggest problems with Bloodlines is that you never get the sense of BEING a Vampire. I mean you have powers and you drink blood, but only to fuel those powers most of which are extremely short lived. Not only that but I have never dropped below a humanity of 10 because I was never in danger of going hungry. So what we did was completely overhaul how everything from Feeding and Regeneration, to Bloodpool and Disciplines work, giving you a completely new experience to Bloodlines unlike anything you've played in the past.

Camarilla Edition 1.6 is out. You have to download it from the Patches Scrolls like the unofficial Patch.
I won't upload it here, because it is way too much trouble getting anything done on this site.
New features:
-updated to the unofficial Patch Version 8.1 (plus patch)
-extended Presence use in dialogs, compared to Presence use in the patch
-random passwords on some computers

Inside this game manual contains all of the changes from the vanilla Bloodlines.
Below are some of the features included in VTMB: Camarilla Edition 1.2 -Bug Fixes -Infrastructure Changes -Dialogue Clean Up -Introduction to New Blood...
I wonder, if this mod is based on 8.4 unofficial patch, it still has the option to see the first/tirth animation restored for disciplines? 'Cause I've been playin' it a while ad I haven't seen the EntenSchreck's restored animations.
I've removed most of the discipline effects restored by Entenschreck because they interfere with the changed disciplines in CE.

For some reason, every time I upload the game and put the mod on, I get this thing where the starting screen has "The Final Nights" in backround, with the regular one in front. I tried to put the final nights mod on for a previous try, but felt it would be more appropriate to do the original clans first. I took it off, uploaded this, now it's been like that ever since, even after I uninstall it from steam. Same for the clans skins that are for Final nights ones. Same names, but for instance Gangrel have the assamite insignia, Malks are Salubri and are covered in tattoos, etc.
If that's what it's supposed to be like, then fine, I got no problem with the new look but the other thing is that no one seems to sell armor when I play as well.
please tell me there is just some obvious ****-up and that this can be cleared right up. I've must have uninstalled and reainstalled a bunch by now.
This is definitely not how it's supposed to be. You sure to have a completely fresh install of the game with no trace whatsoever of any previously used patch/mod?
If you run win7 or something liket hat, some of the save and configuration files are not stored in the bloodlines subfolders, so they won't be removed by the uninstaller. You'll have to ask someone who knows win7 for help with this.

Is this mod compatible with the companion mod?
Or is it only to be use solo.
Is there a mod that allows you to do melee combat in a first person perspective?
Ther's no installable mod for it, but inside your bloodlines main folder you can find a subdirectory "\extas\free view weapons" or something similar. Just copy and paste the files from there to the subdirectory \vampire\vdata\items\
There is only one drawback: these weapons use the stats from the unofficial patch, so some item values and damage stats that have been changed for CE will be changed. But that is mostly a problem with guns, so if you only copy the melee weapons, it should not be an issue.
SUPPORT FOR CE TEMPORARILY CEASED!
Since my virus scanner has run havoc quite often when I have visited ModDB, and only ModDB in the last few weeks I will keep off this site for the overseable future.
If you have any questions or problems concerning Camarilla Edition, I'm still regularly on Planet Vampire Planet-vampire.com and on the Team Camarilla International forum Camarillaedition.darkbb.com .
On either site you can ask anything you want to know about Camarilla only or Clan Quest Mod with Camarilla, and I'll try to help.
