An Eldar production structure. We don't know what to use this for, and throwing it away may not be the best option.
As of yet, we already have a super-heavy production structure as you see in the mod, and we also have our Websail for producing the titans! We hope to keep all three structures, but for what purposes? Maybe we can add this to a campaign only structure? Depends on you!
We're out of ideas. Feel free to tell us what you think!
Well, it could work as a teleportation device for every unit, so that e.g. titans can travel from one point to another. Like the little ones that are already ingame just bigger for vehicles and more units to teleport at once or it can work (for the Future) as a Space Port

Looking at it , besides a production structure it reminds me of some kind of long range siege laser system or a missle silo.Maybe a campaign only specific super weapon for destroying a specified target?
And why not a Webway portal generator that create few specific Harlequins units?
Well if you tone it´s size down (afair it was pain to find enough space to build it) it should work well for bigger vehicles or titans.
May be it could work for some ultimate researches?

i like the webway gate idea, maybe, instead of having a receiver portal, shot them out any area, with in a certain range, or at random
Love to see that thing teleport instantly an entire Legion of combat ready troops from grunts to Titans! Hoo-Rah! You do that, you win the hearts & souls from your Chaos enemies! tee hee hee
Perhaps it could act like more of a forward base with the following criteria:
-Can be placed anywhere (Does not have to be within friendly supply zone, this would also address the space concerns; I already have enough trouble trying to fit the Ork Teleporta as it is)
-Can relocate like other Eldar structures
-Would be able to produce a mixture of infantry and vehicle units (Including perhaps Bonesingers to reinforce the position with turrets)
-Can act like a Webway gate capable of holding even vehicles
-Capable of independently infiltrate itself (Does not need a Webway or Websail near it in order to infiltrate, could possibly share the specific research as the Websail does in order to do this)
-Maybe even make it so it can use the Tau's shield generator ability, only protects a more vast area
-You could also program the pillars with something like plasma weapons so the structure could hold its own
My suggestion for this structure is basically make a fortress like structure in which you can bunker down with it on a hill and build defenses around it, allowing you to hold the position and resupply it without having to relocate troops.Also, giving the enemy hell to try and dig the pesky Eldars out from the position :)
Were you also thinking of putting a limit on those ****.
I can imagine eldar teleporting around building those things Fml.....

what about using it for some in campaign only abilities
Eldar don't need to teleport their tanks. They're already extremely swift, and it goes against the lore. This should just replace the super-heavy production portal that that have now, as R3PTOR stated.
just a thought but it could be used as a late game rapid deployment structure as in it builds everything say 20 % faster and i know it sounds like abit of work but could add a special one to each faction and when it comes to late game it will be easyer to handle than having to say build a new squad and reinforce it over and over you could build it at this structure its fully reinforced and only thing needed to be upgraded is the weapon and just add vehicles to it as well

You could add it to a map and make it produce something we can't get normally sort of like that map you had to capture points to get titans, and for lore sake you could just say its eldar tech that was being studied by the adeptus mechanicus since the base looks a little to unelegant for the Eldar. There are a few flying units in UA.
Since it is late game, could you go with squadrons of fighters?
Since there is no terrain issues?

Yeah some air tactics would be nice to have but i don't think the DoW engine is much cooperative so there could be some issues (mostly because there would be vehicles in a squad and that doesn't work flawless).
Fighter squadrons would surely make things like fast strikes or bombing tactics a yes on the generals book.
Is this squad going to be worth a titan point? Cause if they're normal it doesn't take that long to build a lot.
yep, true but the idea is to have a squad that could have special abilities as a squadron compared to the singles.
Also to go beyond the build limitation of vehicles. :)

A titan webway gate would be a great idea.
It could be an Aircraft Titan Foundry, when the titan foundry we have yet could be only a terrestrial titan foundry, and to fill the blanks ( ^^ ) add more titans :P ( but i don't think Eldars have a lot of titans ) or abilities and researchs ( Eldars love reseach and science so it respects the Lore ^^ ), and a last thing the revenant is actually a **** compare to the bigger eldar antigrav tank ( the scorpion if i remenber well ^^ ) so some researchs that we could done to buff it coul be a great idea.
maybe just maybe u could make it smaller and allow stuff like maybe wraithblades or wraithknight or either of the two knew flyers come from it?
Just saying, send in the Eldars Strike Force from that platform at beginning of game to tie up the other race/s. This buys you time to build up your base faster & with much more needed buildings. An Eldar tactic one might say!
Why not use this for an Eldar version of the space marine deep strike beacon from vanilla Soulstorm during the early game

So! It is official then! This structure is in skirmish now with the many various ideas thanks to you! Functions well, very unique of a building, reliable, and much more. ;)
Thanks to discussion, this building is now realized and ready ingame for >= 1.73.
I won't be telling you what it does as that may spoil its purpose of seeing what it does, but there are clues up there for you to imagine + UA teams own private implementation. ;)
