Nicer, I'd prefer less saturation on the main texture ( or less contrast whatever works better ), but whatever works for the mod.
I've increased the saturation, to get closer to the TS Titan.

No, it's the CnC3 GDI Symbol. The Steel Talons use the Tiberian Sun GDI Symbol.
The color depends on map lighting much, so it's not Helge129 problem.
