is it true cnc4 is the last cnc game. i so hope not thay never relised tiberium the new fps cnc.
Wrong, it's the last tiberium CnC game, but not the last CnC game.
Maybe he meant the last C&C (Tiberium) game... :-) Because C&C1 was simply C&C, there wasn't tiberium (or RA) universe, just title C&C.
And if TS and TW are sequels, they technically are just C&C, not RA. :-)
That's for clearing up some things, sorry. ;-)
PS It's said to be the last one... we'll see if it is. One doesn't kill easily a goose laying golden eggs...

My Documents -> Red Alert 3 -> Mods
Then launch it with the RA3 control center, you need patch 1.9
Now one will need patch 1.12, because of new Mod SDK...
