About two years and one half were needed to make this mod possible. It modifies and improves greatly every aspect of Stalker: Clear Sky, excepted the main storyline and side quests which remain unchanged. See the full changelog for more information.

DON'T INSTALL THE NEW 2_0 VERSION OVER AN ALREADY EXISTING OLDER VERSION OF THE MOD! Before installing, make sure to REMOVE any gamedata folder located within your Clear Sky directory. Note that you will need PartII in order to install and play the mod properly.

I have noticed a slight problem with some of the weapons iron sights.
The iron sights for the following weapons are misaligned: *Makarov PM, *Makarov PB1s and *AsVal (those are the only weapons so far)

my screen resolution is 1366x768

If you have impletemented some minimod allowing iron sights on every weapon, then I can't really help as I don't know how properly or not was the said minimod made...

most mods ad iron sights to all pistols so I just thought that was the case for this mod too (since some pistols in your mod have iron sights).

Sorry again. I didn't mean AsVal imeant SA Avalanche (http://stalker.wikia.com/wiki/SA_Avalanche) but I'm pretty sure even vanilla Avalanche have iron sights (they are misaligned for me in this mod)

but while I'm at it I might as well mention that my game (only with this mod) crashes after exactly 2 hours of playing, and if I try to reload a save after that the game crashes again.

P.s I'm not using any other mods

TO ANYONE HAVING STABILITY ISSUES: as a mean to have less crashes ingame, go in gamedata\configs and remove the whole "environment" subfolder and then go in gamedata\textures and remove the "sky" subfolder.

This will remove the high-res skies that demand so much memory.

I can't get past the first mission - the one where you go to the outpost and kill the boars and an emission is supposed to happen which brings you back to the clear sky base. Lebedev comes on the radio and says an emission is approaching, but it never comes. I've started a new game 4 times now, can never get it to work. I kill the boars, climb the tower...nothing or climb the tower *then* kill the boars, nothing.
I even walked all the way to fishing hamlet thinking I might be able to get the guide to take me back to the clear sky base, but he says he can't take me anywhere yet. Any ideas?

Nevermind. I decided to try deleting the user.ltx and starting a new game without touching ANYTHING in the options menu, just playing with default settings across the board and it worked.

Glad to hear you got it to work... Note however that recent discussions with other people have led me to think that one shouldn't bother playing this mod with less than 8 (or at the very least 6) GB of ram. I don't know what your system looks like, but remember this in case the game becomes way too unstable.

Soon I will be releasing a new version with certain features, such as high-res skies and special NPC models, as optionnal only. People will thus have the choice to use them or not depending on their systems. Regardless, an advanced and very complex mod like this one will always require a good PC in order to play properly.

I'm running an i7-2600 CPU, 8GB RAM, GeForce GTX 760(4GB video RAM) Should be able to handle whatever you can throw at it :D
