Dawn of the Tiberium Age (DTA) is a stand-alone mod that combines Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) and Red Alert. While classic mode gets as close to the original game-play and balance as possible, Enhanced mode provides improved game balance and a lot of fun new stuff. DTA features many customization options for Skirmish and multiplayer (where you can play as GDI, Nod, Allies and Soviet on over 200 maps), challenging original singleplayer missions, as well as co-op missions. Since this is a stand-alone mod, you don't require anything but the mod itself to be able to play: the original game is not required.

I do believe that cements this as the definitive RA1 remake, now too.

Description

It seems this map undergoes as many facelifts as Michael Jackson.

When ChronoSeth first made "A Path Beyond" not long after the release of DTA 1.10, DTA had a lot less terrain than it does now.
Initially this map had approximately the same size as the RA1 version, but before it would first be shown to the public with the release of DTA 1.11, Rampastring and I decided decided that it could benefit if we made it larger and use the new terrain that was now available to add some extra details: Media.moddb.com

With the initial release of DTA 1.12 I also replaced the green tiberium on the map with ore and in version 1.1294 I've now also replaced the blue tiberium with gems.
There are 2 types of gems:
- the green-blue colored ones have the same value as blue tiberium when harvested and they're able to slowly grow
- the yellow-red-green-blue colored ones don't grow and provide more credits when harvested.

Additionally I also changed the lighting and replaced one of the high bridges has been with a low bridge, which will also be destroyable (and repairable) once an option to enable this has been added to the client.
