This is a very terrible pack of bad reskins, almost all of the weapons or "player" 'models' are stolen and crudely reskinned and that's it.
Yet, I think this was on Gamebanana, this is not a Team Fortress Classic mod and there is at least this at Gamebanana.com - which contains much better skins to make Team Fortress Classic look like Team Fortress 2 - and if you look on Gamebanana there may be more. Some reskins also include Quake Team Fortress remakes as well.
And a lot of the things in this pack are also not entirely correct to Team Fortress 2 as well. So there.
Update: But that is not all, because a lot of the skins in the said pack are also stolen "view models", for "Ambassador" for instance - the "bullet" is by "kimono", "texture hack" by "Henron" and done "for" "CIgano =|". So a lot of what this pack contains is actually not all that original and there are remakes which are done better. Plus, features like hats and whatnot won't normally work in Team Fortress Classic as well.
And NONE of the original skins are improperly credited and without the original links to where they got this from.
