So.. there's 3 dlc's. I have Forbidden Worlds and Stellar Phenomena, but not Outlaw Sectors. Do I need them, or not, for this mod? Do they work with this mod if not needed. I don't see any info in the descriptions or websites, just that this works with rebellion 1.9. Thanks for your service!

hey, only Stellar Phenomena will make a difference because of random events, others are not that important

Unfortunately for me, this mod is crashing at the loading screen just before I enter into play. The sound doesn't seem to be working either. I get a crash, then a mini dump. I play 1.9 through steam, and I have re installed and verified the files in my game. I will continue to explore different avenues toward fixing this myself, but some help would be greatly appreciated.

Turned out that one of the enabled victory conditions in vanilla didn't agree with the mod. It is either flagship victory or the occupation victory. Once disabled, the mod worked beautifully; you've done a wonderful job here. In the future, I think I will flesh out the swarm faction.

Pirate can't long range jump, though I read they can.
so if their base exist in isolated star system like sol map, they can't raid. just raid timer fill up and nothing happen.

I'm enjoying everything about this mod, except one aspect of it. For some reason, all the enemies guarding the planets somehow have starbases and titans immediately.

I literally can't even colonize a planet sometimes. I moved from home planet, to the next planet to colonize my first one, and there was a TITAN there. Why is there a titan already there? It's literally 2 minutes into the game and the first planet I go to colonize has a freakin Titan there?

I love every aspect of this mod except for that. I have to disable it for now. If I knew how to mod planets and the enemies guarding them, I would. But for now, it's impossible to get anywhere because they have starbases and titans immediately.

How did your Planetary pirates get those?
I can go for hours playing this mod and I never see the planet militas have them!

I saw a neutral Titan in a vanilla game since the 1.9 patch. It hopped around a few planets and was quite the challenge early game.
