Sorry, but i cannot give this mod a recommendationat the moment. The Starbase rush problem needs to be fixed. I can get why u did it but getting your fleet away to finally get a new planet and comming back to 3 stabases being built is just ridicoules. Maybe set a max construction of 1 so only it is possible to only be 1 in the well.
Second and biggest problem. The Vasari are ******* op. Everytime i start a game with like 4 FFA with vasari, advent, tec and the sphere crap(sorry but it feels ike an afterthought) and ALWAYS the Vasari **** everyone! Hard

An what the actual ******* hell went trough your mind giving them Supernova WMD. A ship that can alone kill every non Capital and #Titan ship in the gravity well WITHOUT killing friendly units.....like what the hell.

The rest is actually pretty cool but these things keep me of having fun with your mod.

I don't know if I'm missing something but I'm finding this mod very unfun: just keep getting rushed by pirates and militia who spam build starbases all over the place. This is regardless of any settings or even difficulty.

I normally welcome dealing with swarms of pirates, but the starbase spamming is what killed the game for me. Even if you ignore the pirates and focus down the starbases as soon as they appear, it will take all your early game forces to deal with ONE starbase under construction, let alone several starbases for each of your system. It's not like i have 9+ planets, i'm talking early game 15 mins in ffs.

It also doesn't help that defences early game are too weak to help, bombers don't do jack to starbases at that point even if you rushed upgrades for them. In vanilla game if you rushed a starbase into a fully defended system it would be toast, which makes sense, but in this it takes all my early game fleet with anti building ships to take one down in a timely manner, let alone several, let alone in more then 1 system which guarantees at least 1 starbase will be finished.

I ragequitted when after actually dealing with a wave of starbase spamming, more pirates or militias or w/e warped in and suddenly THREE starbases were being built. THREE. In one system. In my other systems militias had also appeared and started building starbases too.
At that point it just wasn't worth it to keep playing and i wasn't have fun destroying starbases under construction over and over, with the consequences of letting one finish being the system lost because the starbases immediately start out with full weapons and upgraded stats instead. And this just keeps happening, over and over.

Overall giving this mod a chance just felt like i was playing starbase whacker, it was just never ending spam of it, and fighting the enemy is very much an afterthought due to how oppressive the starbase spamming is.
Blowing up enemy ships is fun, blowing up the same building under construction over and over really isn't.

don't you think that TEC and Advent are good at killing them already?

they do not attack capitals... it all feels like overdrammatization :D

PS: only one SB from the same militia faction in a grav well is allowed... others will be automatically destroyed as one of them is finished.

any way do disable the millitias. I find it really unreallistic that every bloody planet in the galaxy surrounded by millitias

yes, but otherwise, it will be very easy to colonize... the first one who finds, gets everything.
So in general, vasari, the first one who get the warpdrive, will get enormous advantage.
