What's your most favourite & least favourite monster (choose only 1 for each category). Well you can also say human npc coz we've committed many monstrous acts on god's green earth ...

My favourite: Izlom (that crawling mutant with long arms) - Found many good loots on 'em so far, slow as ****, dumb as hell, and low in max health :3

My least favourite: Bloodsucker - Shit's too dang spooky in every aspect. Made me jumped in the chair and screamed hysterically sometimes ... :(

The only thing I fear (until I have a supply of GL ammo) is snorks. My favorite is Mercs - they graciously hold onto your prized possessions for you until you are ready to claim them.

Favorite is Chimera. I think it's cool to have such an apex predator in the game. How many games have enemies that force me to alter my plans, or abandon them completely, simply due to it's presence? One that instills a real sense of anxiety and trepidation. Quick story.... the other day I had hatched a plan to kill two birds with one stone, placing the final scanner at the concrete bath anomaly, and then doing the night hunt mission at the ventilation complex.

As I moved through the checkpoint toward the plant, I came over a small knoll and could see the far end of the open space near the concrete bath, the ramp area at the far end. Running around on that ramp were three chimera. I couldn't even see the lower area near where you place the scanner, so who knows what was down there. So it's a minimum of three chimera. And I just said 'well there go those plans', and I turned and beat feet (hoping they hadn't caught my scent). Few games have any enemy that strikes fear, but chimera do. They have no weakness, speed, power, toughness and a crazy attack ability. It makes them a legendary foe. The kind you tell stories about to your grandkids, assuming you live to tell the tale.

Least favorite are bloodsuckers. I hate those things.

Jasper34: Yeah, snorks are real pain in the butt especially when they are close. And good point about them merc, chief. Ive got all my top weapons from their cold bodies (Saiga & Sig-Sniper).

Reticle: Chimaera is indeed very dangerous in open terrain, but thanks to objects' collision I find out they are not so tough when you take cover behind a piece of furniture (even a small metal box!). The only problem with them seems to be having enough shotgun shells on hands. But sure, things would've been different in real life situation where they won't be glitched by the collision.

Yeah, bloodsuckers are too scary for me. Damn I wish MDT brings back helmet's motion sensor upgrade back sometimes ...

Good point about finding obstacles, and a single chimera tends not to be too much trouble provided you have some cover and the right weapon. But three (or more) present a much bigger challenge. It's difficult to defend all points on the compass simultaneously.

Favourite: Bandits - fun firefights without as much of the cheap grenade AI

Least favourite - bloodsuckers are close but those damn snorks - is it me or are they tougher than ever in 2.2?
