When I was in the beginning, Owl had all night vision scopes in his inventory. Since I first moved to Yanov, night vision scopes stopped appearing in traders inventory. Edited by: 4423TR |

Be patient, unless you have modded the mod with some addon, they will appear. Traders inventories rotate each time you visit; it is luck of the draw. |
