I've made a test today, I used an UMP 45 w/ hydra shock rounds and fired exactly 4 shots at the back armour part of a dutyer and he died. I've tried tweaking k_ap value of Hydra Shock ammo but it already was at 0.008(9mm base ap ratio) when I killed him with 4 body shots. How can I tweak this value to make it less effective vs armor? How can I tweak ammo damage to be more effective against tissue? Edited by: Gordyne |

k_ap is for armor piercing factor, k_pierce is for bushes, walls, etc. piercing factor. Ammo doesn't just kill by piercing. It crushes too. Like hitting a motorcycle helmet with a sledge hammer. Might not pierce skull, definitely turn brains to mush. Here is some info on ammo: Gsc-game.com |

Keep in mid that vanilla game info doesn't fully apply to Misery mod. Troyanuch have recently explained ammo variables in the armed zone mod thread. -- |
