When I was watching videos of people playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl, there seemed to be a lot of maps and land to explore. If it's possible at all, I think it would be great to add some more maps to Call of Pripyat.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl had alot more maps, but they were way smaller, Pripyat has only 3 maps (4 including the underground) but the game is actually bigger and much more open. Its possible to add new maps, but i doubt well see misery do it anytime soon, but id really like to see it.

I would rather see an improvement on the maps that are already present. There is a lot of free space in these maps too for further development. Graveyard. Residential houses. Fallout shelters (ironic :] ), metallic thrash areas.

There was a fantastic idea by a moddb.com user, he proposed that you could evolve maps. For an example, doing more missions for Skadovsk and killing more bandits, makes Skadovsk more equipped, with more fortifications, more to offer, and the bandit camp, less equipped, more deserted etc.

That has a ton of potential if developed

That can be just as good. I would really like to see more quests being put into the game.

It's not that simple, you need a level compiler/ a gazillion textures/ several months of continuous hard work to make that happens... :P

If there should be any map added it should definitely be Red Forest.

So much can be done with that map, and the Clear Sky version is pretty big to begin with.
