It was a tough decision between the SVU and the 98k. I love bolt actions, so I went with the 98k. Especially because of its iron sights. |

M14 DMR, It's a nice bread and butter rifle, 1 hit to the chest and they go down like a cheap date, 1 in the dome if they have an exosuit. |

Mosin Nagant, because it's cool! I've found recently the K98, but I didn't used it, maybe in Misery 2. The Gauss Rifle is awesome (bye bye Burers), but you have to travel to Zaton and spend a lot of money for the batteries or you must search Pripyat for batteries... |

havent got a whole lot of experience with the sniper rifles in this game/ this mod, but i really liked the green drageon when i tried it.. and of course the gauss, though its a bit OP and the ammo is crazzy expensive -- A picture for your enjoyment: Moddb.com |

After the check station where the bandits are, you'll find a little camp with some other bandits, near the Bath anomaly, in the Jupiter Plant. Near the little bandit camp there's a collapsed tunnel where you can find the K98k... |

Green Dragon all the way. As soon as I get to Pripyat I make sure I grab the Calibration tools. Then I go and get 25% better fire rate. The only downside is the special ammo that I hope to find on corpses in 2.0. I can deal with it though. -- "This is the best signature ever" |

its a sniper class weapon and it uses cheap ammo, stats... well... not bad...and if you keep it clean its reliable too
