it was in the backpack in the control room of noahs boat were the steering wheel is but keep in mind it did not appear there till i got the other 3 aluns notes! before i got the 3 notes i check noahs boat for an ak that people were talking about on the forum and i could not find it! i came back after i got the notes and the stash backpack was there! and!!!!!!!!!!!!! i started as black road not normal playthrough! if that makes difference?

and that was pre patch before 2.0.1 not sure if that will change things but now you know!
