I just got to the scientist bunker, but I can't seem to trade with any one of them? Do I have to do tasks for them first? I don't recall shooting any friendly NPCs. |

Yes, after the first mission you will start to trade. Once you start with the scientists you want to finish all the missions involving Topol before he/his crew meet with accidents in the zone. |
