expect lt. sokolov it seems...the others "speak" when I approach them but there is no option to go to the talk menu via "F"

I tried to restart the game but it wont change... also before game would crash when I ask hermann for the job of the jupiter plants. Last playtrough I could get around that by talking to him only when I have all the documents he needs I think..

It seems I cant store the oasis artefact in the personal box

You're not using quick or autosaves, are you? There is no condition where the bunker people won't talk to you normally. Quick/auto saves get corrupted and everything after goes to crap.

I always have 4 hardsaves for each area and one at the base station..I reloaded all the yanov ones but nothing changed..so if it can only be fixed by loading an old save I have to take autosave from the mutant-detector thingy..

this seems similar to the bug that sometimes appears when loading a game where you dont see any of your weapons ect and just hear the sound "shuffeling" trough primary, secondary, bolt, granades ect

If you load from a quick or autosave even once, it can ruin any further saves quick, auto, or hard that comes after. There will be a warning notice during install of next release because even though it is a well known problem, people keep getting caught by it. I know what you are talking about when you save in too high a radiation or PSI influence area you have to lower switch_distance and leave area then resave and restore switch_distance, or close game all the way and reload so you can see your weapons. When dialogs don't work and all pre-determining factors/mission requirements are met, or missions don't boom completion it sounds like quick save corruption.

ok I "fixed" it with loading an older game-autosave..didn't loose as much as I thought.

and I think I might have figured out the reason even though it hardly makes sense..the Bug happend again after I killed Topol + crew outside the bunker. Im done with them in missions and I figured since they get killed eventually I can make that go faster and take some loot and a 3rd veles detector...

after I killed them, I coundnt talk to the bunker people. Know I tried it again without saving and it seems to trigger something which bugs the other NPC's

I guess they get to live after all !

You alienated the scientists by killing their crew. I used to do that to the merc guards because nobody would even blink. They would still talk like normal. I think that's changed though. So, that wasn't a bug, but you will have to watch for broken saves now that you used an autosave.

yes it makes sense actually if you are not treated differently by other stalkers then at least the bunker crew...Mercs are still the same, I usually kill them first thing coming to yanov. But sometimes there comes a CTD bug while looting Black's PDA

if you give the guarding job to freedom or duty you can even kill the guards again and get a new quest for finding new people for the bunker..^^
I prefer spartacus and his gang though.

sorry could you elaborate what you mean please..I loaded one of the older game-auto saves which happens at important quests I guess..
When I was at the Bunker again I made a hardsave, then killed Topol & co. After seing that they wont talk to me I loaded that safe and till now everything seems fine..
Do I have to delete the other safes where I was playing with the "bug" happening?

After hearing your explanation about killing Topol's crew it was not a bug. That should happen. If you have other things start to happen like you complete every criteria for a mission, but dialog options that should be there don't occur, you save line was corrupted by using an auto save. Even with autosave unticked, you will get one every time you change maps. I delete them the first time I make a hard save after changing maps. If it was your only option there is nothing else you could do. Because everything is not completely stopped during a quick or autosave they get corrupted.
