No direct acts have been made to make this mod compatible with Steam. However, it has been confirmed that this mod is compatible with the Steam version of the game.

Does verifying with steam and replacing the engine mean we lose some misery features?
Mod looks great, installed it on steam, start a new game, when it is done loading and I click a button, it crashes to desktop, with no explanation. I extracted the files to desktop, then ran the installer, changed fsgame gamedata to true. I could not find the user_atmosfear.ltx file anywhere. I did the install to the correct path for steam. Will play around with it and see if I can get it to work. If not, it would be a shame, as the mod looks like what I have been looking for in the stalker series.
Comp is:
AMD 4800+, 4GB RAM, HD3650, with vista 32. I ran COP fine at high settings.
It works, but now it crashes every time I load a save, and I get this error:

At first my problem came just as it was going to spawn me into the game then it would crash, now it crashes as soon as I go to load it up, its as if its trying to load the intro's then BAM I get an error
The mod looks really nice but I spent over a day trying to get it to work, I probably just installed something wrong so any help would be appreciated :)
Mod is broken tbh. Really really great work, but there's just something wrong with the installation. I'm forced to delete the user.ltx after every time I play, or the game simply won't load. I get stuck at the load screen for upwards of 20 minutes and it never goes in.
It also crashes if I try to change settings, hit apply, then go back into settings.
btw im playing on steam and i can run it but if i die or try to load a save WHILE in game it crashes while loading but if i quit and restart at the main menu it loads it fine. O_O some help would be great the mod rocks!!
Tried playing with the steam version, simply did not work. Did as instructed and game still crashes every time. I can get to the main menu, but starting a new game makes it crash while loading. Every. Single. Time. Pretty screenshots though, I'm sure it would be a great mod, if it worked.
I'm getting lots of crashes, and they're totally unpredictable. I can't repeat them in anyway, they just happen at random times.
when I got to the logs folder and search the text documents, there's no instance of a "fatal error" so I have no crash report to submit.
I guess I'll just chalk this one up as another good concept mod for one of my many games that's just too unstable for my PC to tolerate.
