Rebalances and makes artifacts more consistent. Major features -Consistent calculations for damage resistances for artifacts and plates -Everything with damage resistance now tells you how many 'kevlar layers' it provides (standard kevlar plate set is 23 layers) -Minor bugfix for Wrenched artifact that had erroneous strike_immunity (10x higher than it should've been!) -Artifacts which reduced damage resistances now provide small levels of resistance, the best energy-artifact now offers about as much as a single set of kevlar plates -All artifacts now have the same stats for all classes, specifically that of the Recon specialty as they're not even that much more powerful on him, it really just brings them 'up to par'.
