SMOD Tactical is a modification of SMOD(Super Mod) for Half-Life2. This mod is meant for people who enjoy "realistic" military games like "Rainbow 6", "Operation Flash point", "Red Orchestra", "Infiltration, etc.
The CS:S Conversions of the Combine are by Tokotoko
Weapon models are community replacement models (see credits folder) or Valve Defaults
Enemy Sounds are from Battlefield 2
script Mods and Configuration tweaks are by me, Phatcat.

We hope you are enjoying the holiday season. Much work has been done for Delta 6 in the past months following the release of Delta 5.56, With much more work to still do.
First, I am glad to say that skilled model compiler modderfreak has done some compiles of community models for Delta 6. I am proud to have someone as capable and skilled as him producing content for SMOD Tactical. Here is a few in-game screenshots of community models he has compiled for Delta 6:
Further images can be found in our ModDB image gallery. Please note that the models and textures are not final and are subject to changes and edits.
Other features in Delta 6:
-Enhanced configuration options built into the main menu with no need to load a map or external program to change your settings. Options include Special effects levels, Skill level adjustments, Ragdoll type, Gore tweaks and more.
-Overhauled weapons. Both in what weapons are in and how they act. 5 new weapons will be added along with large changes to SMOD Tactical's current armory of weapons.
-Enhanced AI that reacts more intelligently to gunfire.
-Tweaks to the Half-Life 2/SMOD campaign's enemy and item placement to better fit SMOD Tactical's slower-paced gameplay and deadlier weapons.
-More extra community maps for increased replay value.
-Enhanced effects and sounds.
Delta 6 is expected to release sometime in 2009. Further release date specifics are not available at this time.

to hard i hate it.
try making a zombie map based on the movie "Qurantine"
How can i spawn fellow allies? thanks in advance.
How does one enable the depth of field and motion-blur features of smod tactical? I have all graphics settings maxed out, but I'm not getting the depth of field and motion-blur stuff seen in the videos.
Just type in console "exec all_tactical" to get all weapons. But it wouldn't be realistic to carry like 20 weapons would it?
Therefore you can carry 1 melee weapon, 1 pistol, 1 smg, 1 shotgun, 1 rifle, and 1 heavy weapon, plus a grenade.

I'm just getting a "Client.dll init() in library client failed" error. How can I fix that :/
its sad that i have so little weapons. how to get all the weapons? and maps too... so little maps. which map can i get a sniper rifle? what is the map in the movie? (after the zombie map- looks like a beach house)
It's not a map, it's the HL2 Campaign
