He's been working on research and has added a bunch of faction-unique techs (the Alliance/NR share theirs however). Diplomacy techs are also in, though that's a WIP, even if most of the pacts are rather solid.

Some of the files can't be downloaded (10th, 12th and 13th links for me)... the site says that file sharing has been limited? Can you upload the file here? I think the corresponds to part 9, 11, and 12 of the upload but I'm not sure...
As noted earlier, we do plan to upload it to moddb, I just ran out of time while uploading all the parts so evaders could put up the moddb download. It will be up later tonight/sometime tomorrow, depending on how long it takes for approval.
