Rise Of The Reds is an expansion mod for Generals: Zero Hour which adds the Russian Federation as a fully independent faction in addition to making extensive additions to the old factions USA, China and GLA. Later on, we will also include the European Continental Alliance as a second fully unique faction, as well as three special generals for each faction, an in-game general selection, faction-specific naval units and much more. Whether it's steamrolling Russians, indomitable European defenders, American high-tech, Chinese strength in numbers or the brutal cunning of the GLA - ROTR has a faction for everyone, all in one mod!

Very nice design! The rotating "mini-tesla-heads" are a very good idea! The attack sound is great, but i couldn't hear a charging sound because of the music.

what i find funny (i know, it's a game, they can break physics) is that electricity cant damage metal, or much of anything for that matter. only organic material can be damaged, and not by much, the only thing that lightning does that kills is short circuits the nervous system and rattles the brain with a shockwave
lightning also splits trees,in half...
and lightning shots can boile metal,I think..
Funny. You see, Lighting is several million or billion degrees hot. With enough amperes it can melt anything.
