Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
The Russian Super Weapon. The Tremor A.G.A.S.
The Tremor Advanced Grand Artillery System primarily is the most mysterious weapon ever designed by the Federation. Not much is known about the Tremor except it fires massive shells in rapid succession resulting in a deadly barrage that annihilates anything it touches. Survivors claim they could hear the Tremor rapidly firing from entire miles away.
The Tremor is feared to have continental range, concerning much of the western world. The Federation is known for using the Tremor indiscriminately, the European Continental Army condemns the use of the Tremor as ‘barbaric’, with poorly trained low ranking officers authorized to request for fire support from this weapon.
