Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

It can collect normal scrap to upgrade its armor
And for recycler upgrades he can benefit from:
- China T1: changes the turret cannon into an explosive-incendiary cannon
- GLA T1: gets a Calliope-style rocket launcher
- Russia T1: gets ERA panels

this looks like the most fun epic unit so far.
i'm not sure if i was hallucinating it but does it at one point had some garrison slots that can shoot out of fireports?

Description

The GLA Pillager, initially underestimated as a makeshift vehicle, emerges as a formidable asset equipped with advanced weaponry and survival features. Originating from Africa, it gained attention during the Second Battle of Agadir, showcasing unprecedented destructive capabilities. Analysts discovered factory-made cannons, advanced jamming systems, and a potent siege weapon within its composite structure. Despite limited production capacity, more Pillagers appear in African conflict zones, suggesting increased resources or production efficiency. Standard configurations feature a tank cannon with digital targeting, a 380mm rocket mortar dubbed the "Aziz Cannon," and electronic warfare capabilities. Additional modifications include incendiary turrets, aircraft rocket artillery, and enhanced armor. While not directly comparable to super-heavy vehicles, the Pillager serves as a versatile asset for GLA warlords, excelling in assault, area denial, artillery, and support roles.
