Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Here we have the ATLAS, in all its glory. Seen here with its Stingray Drones providing firesupport over the battlefield, whilst its powerful howitzer provide heavy covering fire.

So basically it's like a controllable Spectre gunship, eh? Only this one doesn't have a time limit like the Gen Power of course.
Eeeh, yes and no.
Compared to the Spectre, the Atlas's firepower is lower, especially when it comes to its Howitzer. But the Atlas has a few support abilities that make it unique
It can redirect General's powers, ideal when going on a big attack and to bypass defenses. I can also choose between the new stingray drones (more firepower/antiair), repair drones (for itself and nearby vehicles) and the Azrael system (think Goliath, but longer duration)
