Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
With the betrayal and subsequent execution of Prince Kassad, the GLA lost its go-to expert in the field of stealth techniques. Thankfully, what little knowledge and technology was recovered from the remains of Cobra Cell could be studied, allowing Observation Vans to be upgraded with GPS Scramblers. With a Scrambler in place, the Van creates a field of radar interferences around itself, turning all vehicles within the radius invisible.

Looks awesome as always, however the horseshoe scrambler thingy doesn't really seem to fit in with the rest of the design really and looks weird (I hope I'm not being a **** for saying this D:) I want to emphasize that it is only the horseshoe that looks weird, all the tubing and what not on the back of the van looks absolutely amazing:D
If you've played the Red Alert the Gap Generators had this design. That was the inspiration for them :D

I see, and i do remember now, however it might be just me but for generals the design seems a bit boring, the more trident shape from ra2 for example seems a bit more interesting:

again, I'm certainly not as artistic as you guys and this is completely my personal view on things, and since the whole mod looks absolutely amazing so far, I have full faith in you guys that in the end everything will turn out great:D

I'm sure it looks fine in game what we have to remember is the GLA is a faction that gets by on things they just happen to come across hence alot of scrap upgrades and perks :)
