 Star trek a new breath of life for the franchise and whole new look to it too. It looks wonderful, glossy and epic. A great winning formula to make this summer blockbuster a smash hit. But i am concerned on a few things, is it all hype? Have the producers shown us the best bits of the film and stuck them in the trailer? Have there marketing team gave us what we want to hear? To be honest I like to think not. What the trailers have shown is jack all about the film just some action and Kirk on top of an Orion. But that’s good. We want more and I’m sure well get it on May 8 (which I’ve booked tickets for: D). What I’m also interested in is the back story to Kirks dad. The way how he died is surely a heroic way to go, and how it looks when he bites surely looks massive. Kirk though shuns his honour and becomes a womanising drunk. The good thing though he cleans his act up and joins Starfleet. From what I’ve seen and read upon this has to be the best Star trek to film ever made.
