Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Sadly, it won't, at least not for now. In the SWR forums devs stated that you will see it when using airstrike from tech airport (which means rarely). Hope it will be reconsidered in the far future.

Oh, and sorry: i actually wanted to reply to you, but accidentally misclicked and gave you bad carma :(

Description

The F/B-19 Nighthawk II is the version used by the US Navy. It is carrier capable and is geared towards high altitude, high speed penetration bombing. To that end, its fuselage is designed for high speed operations and it uses the afterburner-capable versions of the F414 engine. It retains the jamming suite and large weapons bay of the A-19 variant. Given the US Navy's greater usage of drone aircraft, such as Northrop Grumman's MQ-25 Stingray, the F/B-19 is often employed in the AI controlled format for maximum range and flight endurance.
