Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
This is the first mission for the GLA campaign from Zero Hour. For ROTR Mod
i downloaded and moved the map file into the ZH maps folder, but when i try to select the map ingame. It wont detect it, like it doesnt see the map at all. any way to fix this?
Can't wait to try it out, just need info on where to put it...
Go to my documents. Select Generals Zero Hour Data folder. Put the folder of the map into the 'maps' folder in the zero hour data folder. Once you're done there, start the game, click on unofficial maps and you're good to go!
I already knew that but thanks for trying to help anyway :), it's alright now. It was a problem with file name as Skoft said... that's why the map didn't show up in the list.
Good work converting the mission but wasnt there a timer this mission is too easy without timer.
was never a timer for this mission.
make more plz
I'm working on it.
Couple of script issues, such as the sentry drones being missing
and the structure under attack audio playing threw the intro.
other than that good job, i like the scrapcycler idea instead of the scrap piles in the base.
only real issue i have with this, is the mission is way to easy
if you need help i would like to help with scripting.
That would be great!.
This mission is very nice, though it would have been more fun had the enemy used more units and attacked you frequently. Once you get the reinforcement pad (Which is not defended at all by the enemy); the mission is a cakewalk.
Why did you make it a rar file? Not everyone wants to buy WinRAR to open the file.
