Imperial, of course! The rebels take what does not belong to them and pervert the mind of the local population into fearing and hating our beloved Emperor. They must be brought to heel for the good of the Empire!
Kind of makes me thing of the Allied barracks building from the Red Alert/Command and Conquer series. I like it!

Add officers to barracks or i will consider this a lie
I would but they are non combat officers...as they are constantly using the sauna. Not a buildable unit, sorry.
Building: officer's sauna
Exclusive planets: Dagobah, Yavin 4, Dantooine, Hoth, cloud city
Requires: Barracks, officer academy
Effects: all officers built on these planets cost 20% less due to a decrease in stress-related medical cases. Also a 10% increase in health and speed due to better physical caretaking.
However, there is a 20% increase in training time, due to excessive use of the sauna.
