Still skirmish only for now. Galactic Conquest work will begin right after release. I have no idea how long it will take though.

Ye of little faith! Lol. Part of the reason it has taken so long is because ive balanced, tested, bug fixed etc all along the way. I haven't spent all this time just making models and particle effects you know ;)
It's like in the great mods Mr. Frodo.

Full of bugs and unbalance they were,
and sometimes you didn't want to know the end.

Will the new version be compatible with GOG version of EaW? I know there was an update of steam version about a year ago (or maybe two, I dont really remember) and I have no idea if GOG caught up or not...
Edit: Also, great work on this mod, it used to be the best mod for EaW and I am sure that it still will be.
As far as I know, the GOG version is a completely different animal... If you don't have the Steam version, get it. It's on sale for like $6 USD and the updates they made to it are VERY worth the price.
The sale already ended... :( Oh well, will buy the steam version after the mod is officialy released. Thanks for the reply.
