Actually, no. Kueller was introduced in the novels and appared in some comics but he was only ever meant to be a part of one storyline and not an ongoing character...and his story is rather short so he remained kind of an obscure character but very important to the development of other key character, namely the Solo twins.

So he's with the Empire then? Huh cool. In this mod are there any Sith Lords? Or just Dark Jedi?

The Sith are a faction comprised of dark jedi and usually take the prefix "Darth" to their names. The group of dark Jedi who founded the Shadow Academy were not part of the Sith, as they were essentially destroyed with Vader and Palpatine.

Oh and to answer the first half of your question... Yes, they are with the Imperial Remnant. They were technically their own faction but worked very closely with the Remnant, much like how the Jedi and the various stages of the Republic operated.

Just to point out that Kueller Died in 17ABY according to the old EU and this Mod takes place in 23ABY. But I think I have already brought this up and it was due to the lack of Imperial Heroes i think

But anyway Superb model as per usual (I am beginning to run out of words to describe how brilliant your models are now)

Right-o. :) I'm stretching the truth just a tad so that the Remnant can have another hero. And thank you.

So he was an apprentice of Luke after Desann? Desann died in 12 ABY.

They were contemporaries, really. Kueller's story just doesn't really develop or climax until several years later. It's very likely that Dasann and Kueller knew one another at the Praxeum but that just isn't talked about in the Jedi Knight games.

I admit I don't know much of the EU , but it seems Luke lost students to the Dark Side left and right. And most of them in the end became high threats to the republic.
I would like to read of how a meeting between Desann and Kueller would have gone. As they both became dark jedi with a hate for skywalker and his academy.

At first, yes...Skywalker lost many students to the dark side. It was actually something that caused Luke a great deal of doubt and stress in the early years of the New Jedi Order; he thought that the shadow of his father and his own brush with the dark side might be influencing his students.

However, especially with students like Kueller, their fall wasn't the result of Skywalker himself but his Jedi school was merely a means to their end. For example, Skywalker and Leia were talking about Kueller's fall, Skywalker expressing regret and pity...Leia reminds him that Kueller was already a person with dark thoughts...he knew what he was doing when he joined Skywalker's academy. He WANTED to be evil the whole time so he pretended to be a virtuous Jedi so that he could get the training he needed to topple the government of his homeworld. The genocide they committed that resulted in his parent's deaths merely made the problem worse.

Other cases, like Brakiss...Zekk...Kyp...can be attributed to other things. One noted case actually has to do with the location of Luke's Praxeum on Yavin 4. Since the ruins of Yavin 4 are actually ancient Sith structures and monuments, a strong dark side presence still emanates from some of them. In fact, the force ghost of Exar Kun himself haunted parts of the ruins and Praxeum (Kun helped to build some of the pyramids himself, in fact), until he was finally destroyed by several of Skywalker's less easily tempted students.

More like Vader, Grievous, and a Rubrik Marine being put into a blender, flavored with the usual dark side spices of creepy helmets and masks that give them a perpetual frown. Go easy on jet black.

Put in the oven for one planetary genocide and parental death. After the dust settles, your new Dark Jedi should be ready to do Dark Jedi things.

Middle image just screams "Look at me being all menacing and evil with my faceless-skullmask while I go for a light menacing jog of evil!"

Also, looks cool, and visually unique.

Wow. Almost exactly thing happened to Luke's dad. Family destroyed, got revenge, didn't trust the system, turned dark, wore a scary helmet!

P.S. I didn't say turned to The Dark Side because it is imaginary.

Corran Horn would agree ;) No light or dark sides...only the Force with good and evil people who use it.

Are you going to program in duelling animations for melee characters? I remember Obi-Wan and Vader having unique fighting animations that were more than just slashing awkwardly at each other.

Those special animations were also highly bugged, if you recall. They often didn't work, resulting in one of the two characters getting frozen in place, while the other just walked away from the duel...or simple never engaged at all.

That said, the fighting animations will be better anyway so it won't look so plain when they fight.

Description

Kueller was one of the very first pupils of Luke Skywalker at the newly formed Jedi Praxeum on Yavin 4. However, part way though his training, the ruling government of his home world committed a mass-genocide against it's citizens and thousands, including Kueller's parents, were slaughtered. It was at this point that one of Skywalker's first students, also became one of the first Dark Jedi of the new era.

Using his knowledge of the Force, lightsaber combat, and his profound hatred for those who killed his people, Kueller set out for his homeworld to exact revenge. His growing power made him an unstoppable force and his revenge came swiftly and without mercy.

However, Kueller's twisted mind began to blame the New Republic for not sending aid to his people when their government turned on them. His lust for revenge was now directed at Skywalker himself and the New Republic as a whole. To meet this end, he began to train other misguided Jedi apprentices in the ways of the dark side, seducing them away from Skywalker and into his own wicked faction. One such pupil was Brakiss, who would found the Shadow Academy, an Imperial school for dark Jedi acolytes.
