Don't know what's up with your comp...my AI is pretty aggressive. Not as much in GC but skirmish is always a blast.

Tried the mod.

I like it, but I gotta say that the campaign ai is too passive. I also don't think their is enough variety in the available ships, especially for the Empire.

Good job overall though.

Remember that they are the Imperial Remnant, not the Empire. Fact is that the Remnant didn't have many ships...and neither did the Mandos because they were pretty much in the same boat as the Remnant (a faction trying to start over/recover from near annihilation). The New Republic had a wide variety of ships but when it comes down to it, how many versions of a Mon Cal ship do you want anyway? They would all do the same thing...just look different. It makes thing less complicated to just have one.

As for the AI, it's odd because it was VERY aggressive when I first started to make my GC map but as soon as I enabled heroes via the XML code, they just stopped cold. I don't know why adding heroes would do this but I'm looking into it because it's annoying.

its really fun when I used to have another mod with multiple mon kala ships and you make a huge fleet with only mon kala ships. other times I pull all my forces to one planet and have a huge showdown.

Not at the same time but yes, you can have multiple mods installed. You'll just have to create a separate shortcut for each mod and direct the shortcut's "target" to each mod's folder.

Oh yeah... I noticed this too. I can't figure out how to fix this. I have the particle emitter set to have "no depth test" which means that objects should show in front of it...but obviously they don't. I didn't think it was a big enough issue to delay release longer though. If I can figure it out, I will certianly patch though.

No Depth Test? Wouldn't enabling that mean that it does not test for depth? I may have limited experience with the particle editor but it sounds like a good idea to disable No Depth Test. Or do you mean you disabled No Depth Test and just didn't say it right?

So, wait...you got a new computer? Does this new computer have Windows 7? If so, you'll need to delete the XML file in the mod called "graphicdetails.xml". That should do the trick. Also, the Vista 64x patch you will need to uninstall if you have that installed as well...because Windows 7 is much more efficient than Vista and that patch is not required for the game to run on W7 (and, in fact, will make it crash).

Hmmm.... I suggest re-installing EaW and FoC but when you unstall, make sure to tell the computer to NOT install to the Program Files (x86) but to the regular one. That's what I did and it works fine, obviously.

Have you installed any patches or anything to FoC yet or are you just trying to run the plain install?

With a plain install, FoC will NOT work on a 64x OS. However, my mod has the 64x patch included with it so, install every patch for the game, except that one, and then install the mod...good to go.

Yep, just the 1.1 patch. After that's in, you should just be able to install the mod and play.

One of the Best Mods ive ever played ^_^ sometimes my comp cant handle the awesome graphics but ill get by lol. i dont have the best computer tho :P but awesome awesomeness !!!!! and yea i love skirmish!!! on other mods the AI wont do ANYthing but send in a few fighters or the occasional frig but with this mod they bring out the big guns early and often! Wonderful job Far and thanks for a Great mod :)
