Minor Factions in RA3: Paradox are capture-able(with an engineer) factions that consist of a 'hub' structure that builds all of the units. You won't find a minor faction hub on every map, but on the ones you do find one, they will be strategically good to have.
The International Incorporated Hub is the Vehicle Factory. The Vehicle Factory can build the:
-Enforcer(Weak, cheap, Infantry good against light vehicles and infantry)
-Leopard LAV(holds three infantry that can fire out, heavy machine gun good against light vehicles and infantry)
-Scorpion Tank(anti-light vehicle, cheap)
-Marauder Tank(Anti-heavy vehicle, no turret, smoke grenade launchers)
-Vanquisher Artillery(anti-structure/anti-defence anti-vehicle)
-Skirmisher Heavy Transport(carries 8 infantry)
-Dozer(builds simple defences)

-Guard Bunker(anti-infantry, can garrison infantry that can fire out)
