An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.
The Alert is an alternate tier3 naval cruiser that can smash apart enemy ships (even submerged submarines) with its armoured prow as well as freeze enemies with its heavy cryoblaster. Though shorter ranged and incapable of dealing direct ranged damage like the Aircraft Carrier, the Alert has more health and is generally a more robust choice against anti-surface ships. When paired with the Aircraft Carrier it is capable of freezing enemy anti-air defenses, leaving the Carrier with an unobstructed path to unleash aerial mayhem.

Fairly long, about 3/4 of a screen.
maybe add sum missile launchers at the sides and that will be it special ability like u can toggle between missles and cryoblaster

Actually, the "Icebreaker" part is the bit where it crushes other ships with it's front end.
As for it's secondary, it makes walls of ice.

How does it use both the cryoblaster and the ability to ram enemy ships?
Well, you know how MCVs crush things? A lot like that. Icebreaker ships today have solid hulls built for breaking up sheets of ice - the Alert is the same thing but for military use.
Mechanically, it closes with the enemy while firing; if the enemy is frozen when it gets there, it destroys them. It can also crush smaller vehicles (like Yari mini-subs or Riptides) just by moving into them.
Erm... doesn't that seem a little too strong? I mean, in the build I showed you, it crushed stuff on the water just so I could show an example, but I'm not certain it'll turn out like that in the final version. Plus, I think it should be move-or-fire, otherwise it will automatically win every engagement.
It's a 2000 dollar T3, but we're going to have to balance test it I suppose.

How fast can this thing freeze other things?
25%-50% faster than the cryocopter, firing in shorter bursts rather than a concentrated stream.
You must be a good strategist to use cryo technology in Red Alert 3; learn to combine well-place cryo units in the battlefield with short bursts of damaging attacks. Magnificent!
