I want ask you on one thing which you could or not use.

Is possible that for example 5 different units (with their own unique abilities) could had one "extra ability" which could be used only when you select them all and use it?

... neither... especially its a offmod question, but as I said, this idea could be used for Japan, like you could combinate for example Stryker, Tengu, Samehada, Oni and something else, just idea :P I asked because I want use it for mod which I will probably start sometime...

for example:
-King Oni could make a upper torso
-Tsunami Tank could make right leg
-Isha Vector Jet Tank could make left leg (and pelvis)
-Striker VX could make a right arm with rocket launcher
-Tedate Projector/Mecha Tengu could make a right arm
-Tank Nezumi could make a back
*-Mecha Samehada could make a pelvis

when I will know how new Imperial units look like, I will come up with something much better, but there is a question, if this is possible?

It's possible we could have a unit like that in the campaign, but combining as a gameplay element would be really, really difficult to work in.

I could totally see a unit being made in story mode that is clearly a bunch of different Empire units stuck together, though.

Well, I haven't seen the RA3 SDK yet (nobody has) but I've spent some time modding Zero Hour recently.

It turns out that if a unit has a status effect (say, being on fire) it can actually be set to use a completely different weapon for the duration of the effect (say, an infantry man that shoots nukes when on fire). If that extends to RA3 as well, it makes sense that you could MAYBE have a unit with an ability that is only activated when there are a number of other units nearby... maybe by having them send out status effect auras, and having the unit only use the ability when it has all status effects at once. But I'm not sure if that could work, and even then, you'd need to have the other units disappear upon using it, so I can't see how it could be done effectively or efficiently.

So, for example, when you will had them all together nearby and activate ability or press "F", there is a possibility it they will merge? and I think the problem about what about the other units of the combiner, I dont know if it is possible in RA3, but about a effect of the Angry Mob?

You know you could make a unit that can steal parts from friendly units(just like the hammer tank... more like the avatar from Tiberium wars) and add them to itself, but it can add lots of parts not only one as in "hammer tank".

I see, so when we will take it to King Oni or TF Devastator, the body (King Oni or Demolishor) will attack on friendly Japan unit/Constructicon and he will use him as a part of Devastator or "Super-Japan Mech"

Ok, here is another question on you.
In Confederate Protocols List is mentioned there will be 18 (6 per 3
columns) or 20 (5 per 4 columns) protocols, but in RA3 is only 15 (5
per 3 columns). Is it possible?

How will the skirmish A.I player act? Will he (or her. LOL) be able to use the new factions? Or just the old ones without the new units?

We will be doing our absolute best to mesh the new factions with the AI. The Confederates will likely act a little odd (trying to program underhanded tactics is a bit difficult) but the AI should at least use the new factions.

I've asked some questions on the main page that you didn't reply on, i'll just write them again:

1. Which version of RA3 do you need to play Paradox?

2. Could you make it possible in skirmish (and multiplayer if possible) to turn protocols on and off? I think that many of the offensive ones sometimes ruins the gameplay.. Or just fix them so that the A.I can't use the offensive ones where the fog of war is active, which they actually can do.. It's pissing me off (sorry the language) that they can use it on your base when they cant see it, and they actually do know where all of your defences and units are placed..

3. could you make it possible to zoom further in and out? The current distance you can zoom in is just not enough.. I've had a trainer for RA3 which allowed me to zoom as much in and out as i pleased, which was awesome when you looked at units up close, or actually could see half of a smaller map..

4. Those stolen tech unit's, could you make a list of them? And how to steal/get them?

5. Will the new map's be 8 player available?

8 player maps are probably impossible because RA3 wasnt maked for it, but maybe Paradox Team could look on this problem.
