An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.

Even with an episodic structure, campaign is still quite a ways off. I think everyone would be happy with some singleplayer fun before that. Who here remembers C&C Generals Zero Hour's General's Challange? Yeah. The idea (and it is just an idea at the moment) would be skirmish/co-op maps that a player (and possibily their friend) could load up and play a one-on-one against a commander, Paradox and original, who has an established base and a deep supply of taunting and hammyness to throw in your direction (MORE TANKS, GENERAL?), each in a themed stage set up to their advanage. Who likes the idea? Anyone have any ideas for stages? Discuss and stuff! |

YES! The commander's challenge was my (any my dad's) Favorite part of generals. And come on, we all love those reactions and comments the enemy gives you As for stages I already have several ideas. If you would like, I can list them. Edited by: Protroid |

Pictures would also be welcomed, as would any facets of the map above/beyond the normal conditions. |

Should I post them here, or do it via PM? -- Quick its 2am! Do you know where your base is? |

I guess you can do it here, this way it can get feedback from everyone. |

Very well. Goliad Build up: The music starts calming, American Dawn most likely. Your faction's tanks as well as a few infantry are seen on patrol (and just to make sure you notice, your EVA will let you know). They are eventually lead into a trap, where the music changes to America Forever. Bulldogs reveal their posistion and destroy your tanks, while snipers make short work of your infantry. Goliad's intro takes place just before, and as the ambush is occuring. Base: Only lightly defended by stealthed turrets and pillboxs, as well as others scattered across the map. The bases (Goliad sticks to multiple bases rather than one) are all in easy to defend posistions. A PAWI array should be somewhere... Therrian Build up: This time, instead of quick and covert, Mastiifs and Beagles just come out of nowhere and steamroll a patrol of your faction's units. Therrian's intro, as well as rebel battle, should be playing as this is occuring. The Base: Pumpjack towers are Therrian's main defence, as well as a jackhammer in the dead center of it. Any air threats are usually taken out by units, such as shooting stars or Lees. M-100s should be plentiful, and ready to stop your advancing army. Krause My Allied ideas will be up later when I get enough lore on their commanders. DISCUSS! Edited by: Protroid |

Remember that Giles and all will also be included! |

Why did you not say so comrade? Giles The build up: Some Allied song plays as a proud squad of your faction's top fighter jets enter the seen, to be destroyed by an achilles and a group of Apollos. His intro plays as your aircraft fall to the ground, and the song changes when the Achilles appears. The Base: Almost no defences. Giles relys on his air units and the map's tough terrain to protect him from ground threats. Warren Lissete The build up: Your infantry forces have already set up a small outpost within the city. While waiting for reinforcements, a small group however is bribed by Spys and joins the enemy. Her intro plays halfway through the attack is complete. The Base: VERY well defended. Reducts and Spectrum towers form a ring around the base. The reducts gain addons depending on what you throw at her. Perhaps a chronosphere should be included. Edited by: Protroid |

iirc, Lissette is no longer canon in Paradox (something about using cryo on civilians in Tokyo. She's in a loony bin now). Anyways: Map: Not dis-similar from Kwai's tank challenge in ZH, a large open snowy field with minimum cover to allow maximum use of tanks. Little to no garrisonable structures, no chokepoints. His base is only lightly defended, with mostly anti-air to guard his flanks. He relies on tanks (surprise surprise...) to both attack and defend. Intro: Waves of your basic infantry advance with light vehicle support and some airplanes. A Scrapper Tank, flanked by several Flaming Ivans, rolls straight up to you, while some Scythes charge in. Your infantry and light vehicles bite the dust. As a column of your tanks roll in, some Shturmoviks decide to have some target practice. At this point, he should say some very cheesy line about how he now has flying tanks. As the SAP's rape your tanks, he gloats and dares you to attack him. I went for maximum ham on this one, how's it sound? -- ------------------------------------- |

My idea for the Lissete mission was that she has escaped and has taken up Mr. Freeze style supervillainy. |

Exactly where my mind went. Great mind do think alike, and so do ours. The bigger question is Kenji, Noami, and Moskvin, since you can't escape death. Maybe a Benraku robot? How will you handle taunting from the old commanders, by the way? -- |

Commander's Challenge is non-canon, so anything within reason can happen... -- Yours faithfully, That guy who does hammy stuff on a regular basis. |

I can do an OK Moskvin or Giles. My Ideas. Warren Map is a loose urban environment, and he has plenty of infantry garrisoned all over the place. His base doesn't have much in the way of defensive structures though... Giles Edited by: Blood-Russia-Mk2 |

Let's see... I have some map location suggestions if nothing else. Goliad - Everglades, Bayou Seraina Lar: City of the Future. She's Austrian, so maybe Vienna? Hill: Probably somewhere in America? Just what a feeble mind thinks of after school. |

Oleg Map: Semi Urban Intro: The mission starts with a cutscene with a large squad of your tanks and infantry advancing. They stop at a crossroad, suddenly Apocalypses and Hammers appear from three sides. Your squad turns around and beats a hasty retreat, losing several tanks in the process. As you retreat, YaKs and SAPs constantly pick at your forces. Finally, when the last remainders of your army crosses a bridge, they get hit by a Vacumn Imploder (and die). Base: His base is defended with cheaper defences, such as Sentry Guns. However, there are some Tesla Coils scattered around his base. AA is commonplace. The base has two choke points from land and a third choke leading to a beach. He has V4s stationed on cliffs around these chokes. -- >.< |
