An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.

I feel that the build mechanics for the newer factions aren't really that diverse (Particularly Chinese, Talon, and Mediterranean (All of them are really similar to the Empire...) , so I think a few different build mechanics should be used for variety.
Some suggestions (Take 'em or leave 'em, they're just suggestions :O)

Soviet/Allied Build Half and Halfs
1. Commander places down scaffolding, the building builds a dome for half the build time that can be stopped, then after the halfway point, the dome is finished, and the building is indestructible for the remaining build time.

2. A MCV purchases a building (Half), then when it is finished, a scaffold is put up, and the building finishes building itself (Second Half).

Involving Engineers
1. Engineer places beacon, the building being transported down is indestructible for its build time (Really a suggestion (Read: Add-on) for the Chinese, though I think that's what the description already means, just not sure)

2. Scaffold is placed, MCV builds x amount of Engineers to build building y times faster (Warcraft 3, Human style)

The Talon are being remade as we speak - and by as we speak, I mean as soon as I stop answering all these gorram questions - the Syndicate are going to be extremely unique visually (DROP FROM SPAAAAAAAAAACE) and the Chinese are much like the Japanese on purpose but will be drastically different in aesthetic (also, the Architects are the ones that take a long time to make rather than the buildings themselves)
