The Intern's Story, is a game set in the classic Call of Cthulhu setting of 1920s New England as described by the imagination of H.P. Lovecraft.
The third chapter of the period story proposes to build a great looking set that is a fitting place to finalise the story from the fist two episodes that were built by myself with some excellent input from a small group of talented individuals.

Maps are being built, models are being posed for, people come and people go. I'm sure you are familiar with this kind of news, two steps forward and one sideways. Still, we are getting there and can see a hint of daylight in the distance.
We do have some rather nice content that has been added but I don't want to spoil the suprises, sorry. I would also like to think that mapping could be considered as 75% done but these things always need polish so in reality it is probablty 75 of 150%.
Jobs availabe:
All the usual due to the churn but does a job title called map decorator exist? If so we could use one. Also before much longer, we hope to be looking at voice acting. So if you want to try out VAing drop us a line or even better a sample/wav of a line from Lovecraft. :)
Thanks for dropping in, we hope you enjoy the update.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Esepablo.
Just played it and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. It kind of reminded me of stanley kubrick at times.
did you use my concept?k just curious
Glad you liked it Amosinn. Stanley Kubrick eh, You will give me delusions of grandeur using comparisons like that. lol I'm still struggling with the design for this section TBH. What I want and how I can make it without being too expensive on resources is proving difficult. The concept is going through a revision for gameplay purposes and I'm trying a few different ideas to see which works best. I thought you were going to add a few more buildings to enlarge on your last concept. Still waiting dude.
Part 1 was damn good in my opinion. There were some parts that were just plain freaky, particulary the floating "entity vision" and having to skirt that giant well. Strangely enough, having played Call of Cthulhu a couple of years back I fell completely back in step with this game almost immedietely, like it was some sort of expanion.
My one complaint was a lack of original content, it always breaks the suspense, without fail, when I see a dozen HL2 assets in one room...( the room where the zombie is mincing the torso was a perfect example of this)
Finaly I can say we hope to replace some of the HL2 NPC assets. Totally agree with your sentiments.
Dark Corners expansion, oh I wish we could make it so. :)

Nice mod! Waiting for part 3 :)
Finished the part 2 as well. I've really enjoyed it. No weapon thing was very good. Unfortunately I couldn't catch the the story :) I didn't understand what was going on.
Can't say how pleased I am that you enjoyed it. As to the vagueness of the story, this is a fair comment and is definitely due in part to my poor story writing skills. Parts 1 & 2 are supposed to be a mystery but I realise clearer hints would improve it. Part 3 has proper writers and one of the aims is to reveal the true story over the length of the game.
