Operation: Black Mesa is a total Source remake of Half Life: Opposing Force. Using the Source engine, the developers plan to recreate the Black Mesa research Facility as it was seen by Corporal Adrian Shephard of the H.E.C.U. Half-life: Opposing Force is still an amazing game, although it is not nearly as amazing as it was when it was released.

Texture needs to be touched up just a bit more. Maybe a bit more grime on it.

You could also add some skin's variations, like a bloody one or a rusty one, it'd be quite awesome.

Its nice just a bit simple.
The textures need to be a little sharper and smoother, enough to work into the modern Source engine.
They look a bit outdated compared to those for black mesa --> Oggyart.com

What about the P.C.V Charging Station?
Also, don't you guys already have finished H.E.V and medical stations from Black Mesa Source? Also, I hope you guy's implement the O.h.m Stations around some areas of Black Mesa, because what disappointed me in Opposing force was the fact that they show cased in bootcamp that the P.C.V can charge from military, commercial, or H.E.V stations. Yet there was no point showing that players can charge from O.h.m stations, because they never show up outside of bootcamp.
I think this needs a bit more work, so that it doesn't look like a toy.
