well ,as you have seen from the last updates it was about a big update and this it it is all about NOD specially their navy as many including me have seen it was not in a good quality fitting the new improved environment so now its totally redesign as coming next :-
first of all we are proudly represent to you the the 3rd and last epic unit of nod known as the kraken inspired by a facebook game called empires and allies if any one heard about before
armed with tow strong long ranged laser beams that can level an army from a safety distance
next the old vulcan battleship have been redesigned to keep with the new standards
and how can nod go to battle without their rocket bikes ? as a result they designed a water version as you can see
dont underestimate it ,being cheap makes it easy to rebuild and making swarms in no time beside its short ranged units making them go close to ships to level they cant hunt them making enemy an easy target
on a side note here is the banshee inaction
that is for the time being more will come soon

this mod looks great I just wish I had help with the one I am working on
this project is like a dream! man i hope u never give up in finishing it, since its so big and beautiful sometimes it make me worry :S

personally i think its not related to time but how much u want to learn in how much time :) ,example im using 3d max for 8 years now but my skills didn't improve greatly except in the last 3 years only for coding it is easy extract other mods codes and learn how they do what they do :P ,for the environment it is GogoYubari's part in this mod im leaving it to him :)
for ur other question some modders do it for that reason but for me "being in faculty of medicine" it is not ,but i dont mind an offer for something like that XD
