wellcome commanders at the vortex of war which is a mod for generals aiming to combine all factions from ra2,ra3,c&c3;,c&c4; and about 3 tottaly new factions and adding new units for the original factions for the sake of ultimate war.
The glow is added in game...i mean, even you can figure that out right? The glow is ofcourse missing in this video, because its not in-game, sorry but DoH...
I know that, I've been doing this stuff longer than flashknight, you are missing the point entirely. It's not supposed to have that watery-flowing animation. It's a crystal, Not a fluid.
I think this is ingenious solution, casued in C&C 4 they did it with the in game shader, but you improvised solution created a very nice effect akin to the one in C&C 4 except it now runs in general and for sure uses less PC power to do so!!
Hehe... it's alive, it's ALIVE! = w =
It's beautiful, but will they be given Tiberium smoke fogs in the actual mod? I mean, the Tiberium greenish smoke-like thingy in C&C 3 :)
ofcourse
The fields of green...
i can look it all day :)
great job
I can't say I like it to be honest. Tiberium is a Crystal, not a liquid :/
At least this is a crystal :P
did you ever look at the tiberium in the later C&C's? i dont think so, because this is the actual effect.
+1 from me, wish i could give OVER 9000 V0TES, but i cant.
No, it's the effect from CnC4. And It doesn't fit Tiberium. Tiberium glowed in all CnCs - Exept for CnC4, which really isn't much of a CnC.

Thanks for opinion.

Brrrr ... looks creepy ...

perhaps make parts of it glow brighter at times all around it, rather than the ripple effect, i stil think it looks cool tho
