Medieval Conquests is a Medieval Ages mod set during the early 13th century.
From this point on the player and NPC lords shape this land and fight for supremacy and control of the continent.

This mod uses 1257AD (1257 Anno Domini as a basis)
This mod includes cross-platform co-op support for Single Player and Multi Player, the co-op is drop-in during campaign encounters and only the host needs to use WSE 4.3.0 (WSE not needed for SP & Joining Co-Op/MP).

Hey! I like this mod, even more than Anno Domini 1257, but there is a bug I found that is funny, but gets annoying: I am the king of England and I own London and its' manor. Whenever I go to the manor though, most of the times I spawn not on my horse near that castle building where the seneschal is, but in the middle of the manor, on foot, and all around town there are "me"s that I can talk to. There is an option saying something about not wanting to be marchal anymore, and another in which I could theoretically put myself under his protection. Also, near that castle thing there is also me but on horseback (it is the horse from my inventory) with the same available dialogue. I didn't try any of these things, because I have a realistic no save game and I don't want to ruin it, but yeah it's sloppier to get around town like this.

Details: I still see people walking around, but not villagers, only special dudes like wandering poets and such. The priest is alright, and I guess all of the other sellers. The "me"s stand still and sometimes make barriers on some of the smaller roads so I have to squish through them to get to where I want.

Other details: I have the game and the patch installed, I have the latest M&B version (1.173 I think) and a bought version of the game (Steam). Never seen this bug in the A.D. 1257 mod.

Export/import NPCs doesn't work, at least for me :(

While playing this mod i faced loved the part of the crusading system and the orders, and i wanted to do something that was: Create my own Crusader Order.

Since i couldn't find a way to do that and there was no mention in guides and other stuff, it is obvious that you can't do that, but since (at least i think so) it is a cool idea thought in posting a comment about it, it would be really cool to create an order and later maybe even turn it into a kingdom like the "Teutonic order", other ideas about this would be for example:

-need the authorisation of the pope to create the order;
-create the order's symbol/ have it use your banner;
-recruit the order's knights and sergeants for free* (yet in very few quantities);
-send an army to the crusade;
-receive funds from the church/donations;
-create embassies across christian cities where you will be able to recruit the order's soldiers;
-became a badass;
-became bff with the pope for extra church funds/donations;
-create churches in non-christian settlements to spread the christian faith;
-became able to have a "your orderĀ“s name" monastery in your manor.

*the same way that player as do give everything he/she owns to join an order, the npc's would also "give" what they have therefore the recruitment would be free, yet their salary would cost a bit more since you are paying them for being your soldiers AND for being in the order. also, in order to not be unbalanced you could only recruit them in few numbers making it hard to create an army of them while you are just starting.

there seems to be a problem with sending out the companions as they never return, every single one i have sent out never returns and the mission report says they will be back in three days but it is stuck like that.

i have this problem too

Many male NPC wear female dress and hats. At least arena masters.
This mod is probably created in Sweden.
