Yes, (I am told and have read that) it works with the Steam version of Max Payne.
As a matter of fact, all Max Payne mods should work with the Steam version as far as I know.

Well, it is school themed, and you 'll get to deal with some "teachers". The story and gameplay were meant to be fun and funny. We may have gone somewhat over the edge with that, as some have pointed out :p
Hope you enjoy Max Payne University, nonetheless.

If it's not related directly/specifically to our mod, then I can't be much of a help :/
I did a quick search, googling "max payne freeze problem" or "max payne lockup" and it seems that quite a few people have had the same problem. Some may have solved it by lowering their sound hardware acceleration down a notch.
I really hope you'll find a solution to the problem.

thanks, but nothing helps, i have that problem with the first max payne, and not with the second one...i dont know. i ll keep trying to figure out the problem, and if i cant. i ll just leave it, but i managed to go until the level where you fight the professor in the bridge (real greek accent in english by the way, was really funny :P )
