True that. The movies are incredibly awesome, don't get me wrong...but there is just something special about the books that people are missing if they don't read them. Although, I have to admit that the Silmarilian was a tough read...a bit like reading the Bible :/
However, reading about the massive battle in the north was epic. I almost like Morgoth better than Sauron. Both are great villains though.
