Improved texture on the main building. Mesh is the same, at least for now.
I think the dark green just makes everything look better.

Much better, although a landed Pelican dropship would look good there as well (I know this building will not produce Pelicans, but oh well...) Maybe too big for the size of the pad?
They are a little big. A Falcon will actually be on the pad as well, once I get the model done.

There are support struts under the pad; you will see them when you pan down to ground level.

I did and I actually meant to reply but apparently did not. lol. Anyway, the landing pad already does have a lot of grime and stuff on it so I think adding more would make it too dirty. As far as the paint, and landing pad/strip that was seeing any kind of regular maintenance would not have faded or damaged paint. The runway/pad markers would be one of the first things they would try to keep in pristine condition. That's just my logic anyway.
