Half-Life 2: Short Stories is a team working on a group of modifications that take place in the same realm. A lot of the focus is on the story and gameplay, new innovative set pieces and puzzles. After the release of the first episode of Human Error, the team is planning to release more episodes and expand the characters and the world.

Just finished. Pretty good, the manhacks make a totally new element of puzzles, and the models are simpily amazing. All in all, a very well-rounded mod.

How do you unzip a mod?
Open it up and drag the main folder to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods
Don't worry everyone's been new to installing mods at one point or another :)

lol i have ep1 and ep2 :P get orange box :D you will get ep and ep 2 ^^ (and TF2, Portal, HL2:DM, HL:SOURCE, HLS:DM and HL2) :D
no no no you don't get all thoughs game you get hl2, hl2:ep1 hl2:ep2 portal, and tf2 and hl2:lost coast but you can get hl2dm free.
But I bought everything else separate! and I don't want portal, I've played that to the point I was able to beat it in under 30 mins, using some glitches of course
You don't need Episode 2 to play it, but without it there'll be alot of missing models and textures xD

My download keeps stopping at around 40%-50% downloaded. I'm pretty sure it's my computer causing this, but I just downloaded 2 other mods and their downloads worked just fine.

It's a HL2 mod, so you can play it if you have any HL2 game, but it has modles, textures ETC from episode 2, so if you don't have episode 2 there'll be missing modles and textures around.
nice mod and nice voice-acting. love the story line too and the manhacks! :D 9.5/10 (One of the best singleplayer mods for half life 2)

Okay, so I have installed it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\Human_Error and yet, still not showing up any where to open.

well its downloaded and ready,but it wont start up
Should just rip the combine soldier stripped face, and use it as the metro cops head.
I launch it and it comes up with:
Engine error
SetupArrayProps_R: array prop '(null)'is at index zero.
