No, really, theres a lot of ********* posting stuff like "omg, it cant be source!!!!" recently. Source is still great and makes it reasonably easy to get content quickly.

My only suggestion is to make the pillars and railings all a single model, along with the curb. It'll allow it to be much higher poly, and it'll keep the effect while adding greater detail. Other than that, looks great!
