Five Elite Mercenaries are send to an Island in middle of the 1980'. The Task: Find and Eliminate a local Drug Baron. Features: new Physic, real Sunmovement, Day/Night Change, Hunger/Food system, realistic (!) Weather system, Light/Dark viewing system for AI, 5 different Fractions on the Island. Complete Realistic simulation of nearly all things, including Sleep. New weapons, new Vehicles. Vehicles driving system is now exact (!) like GTA IV , FireSystem,... this mod is Heavily inspired by GTA, IGI, FarCry.

it IS the rebelvillage from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl :D

dude you know the games :D yesterday i converted the buildings and added some props and stuff. the intention behind was, that i really liked the fight in "esacpe" (the first level), but it was way to short, so i try to redesign that fight, atleast i need some nice locations in the map :D

But how you convert that building from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. to Far Cry? I know that many battlefield 2 mods have stuff from BFP4F which using same engine so it isn’t that big problem but S.T.A.L.K.E.R. uses completely different engine than Far Cry.

every single mesh with 3dsmax :D there is no automatic convert, but there is a 3dsmax importer for the stalker maps, but they are complete closed structures with houndreds of materials and textures, you have to touch each single one and give him materials, correct textures, add cryshader, stretch them to the correct size and export .
than i have to create low poly planes / meshs's for shadowcaster (to keep shadows with low polycount) and finally i have to create the normal textures. then i create the scene in CE1 editor, back to 3dsmax, fix some things... that goes 4-5 times, than i can start to retexture and make optimal diffuse colors and lights to match the environment. than adding props (crates, electrical, ladders, wreckages), than plants ah and create terrain and texture it to look good and fit the new buildings :D

Thanks for exclamation! I know that somehow it can be done and now I know it. And I haven’t play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for about 8 months now so I haven't been sure if it is from S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
