Other modders keep focusing on textures as if that will modernise the visuals. You're the only one working on the things that actually matter. Great job

Many thanks. The big downside of my approach is that progress is much slower because of the need to figure out how features which the engine doesn't support natively can be achieved without modding the engine itself. That is particularly the case if working on your own.

After having tested several Stalker games with modded engines such as OGSR or Anomaly I thought I'd check out my old, vanilla-engine-based mod again for a quick comparison of visuals and overall gaming experience. And guess what, I realized that after all my old mod hasn't been that bad at all, even compared to all those new, cutting edge Stalker packs out there ;)
